Marble Falls Economic Development Corporation

The Marble Falls Economic Development Corporation is a 4-B Economic Development Sales Tax Corporation sponsored by the City of Marble Falls.

The primary mission for the Marble Falls Economic Development Corporation is the attraction and retention of business expansion in manufacturing, distribution, regional service and headquarter operations. The focus of these attraction and retention projects is the creation of new primary jobs and investment in these industries. In an effort to grow and expand the regional economy, the focus is also on the attraction and retention of new dollars to the economy by attracting manufacturing, distribution and regional service/headquarter industries that will bring in new dollars made outside of the local region.

The Marble Falls Economic Development Corporation is a full-service economic development organization that can provide area demographics and information, assist in site selection, negotiate incentive packages and help site selectors tour the area and meet with key leadership. This service is provided at no cost, and confidentiality is maintained until the company is ready to make their final site selection decision.

The Marble Falls Economic Development Corporation board is made up of seven directors, two of whom are members of the City Council and five of whom are residents of the City or residents of Burnet County that reside within ten (10) miles of the corporate City limits boundary.
