Harvard Investments is planning approximately 700 single-family residences and 550 multifamily residences as part of a new 240-acre master-planned community in Marbles Falls called Gregg Ranch. It will blossom near the intersection of highways 281 and 71, and hit the record books as the largest community planned in the city in three decades.
