Specializing in the production of mechanical power take-off (PTO) clutches and clutch parts, PEC has been serving a diverse range of industries since its inception in 1990.

A Legacy of Quality and Innovation

Founded by Greg and Penny Mills, PEC Manufacturing began with a focus on providing replacement parts for Twin Disc brand PTOs. Recognizing a market need, the company expanded in 1993 to manufacture complete PTO units. Today, PEC is proud to be the sole supplier of Twin Disc-style parts manufactured entirely in the United States, with castings sourced from foundries in Alabama and Texas.

PEC’s product line caters to a wide array of applications, including:
